Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of RSTR, an experimental AI agent service available to invited testers and their families.
Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026 · Version 2026-07-28
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using RSTR, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RSTR does not impose a separate product age ceiling. You may use RSTR only where your use and acceptance of these Terms are lawful for you. Access may be invitation-only and limited to an approved test cohort. If you use RSTR for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The service
RSTR provides a responsive interface for working with AI agents, conversations, projects, tasks, specialist marketplace information, and other capabilities made available to your account. Features can include user-directed files, image or video creation, connected context, and local repository work only when separately enabled.
A feature's visible controls and confirmations define the authority you grant for that request. An agent's personality, role, or suggestion does not grant it access to another project, account, provider, computer, repository, or external action.
RSTR provides tools that you configure and direct. An AI agent is a product feature, not RSTR's legal representative and not your employee, lawyer, fiduciary, or other professional adviser. RSTR does not become a party to your messages, publications, campaigns, transactions, or relationships merely because the service helps you prepare or carry them out.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep control of your sign-in method, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Do not share invitations, access tokens or provider credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use RSTR to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- access or infer another person's account, project, data, computer, credentials, or private source;
- bypass permissions, isolation, confirmations, rate limits, cost controls, security measures, or feature gates;
- extract secrets, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, distribute malware, or disrupt the service;
- provide content you do not have the right to use or instruct RSTR to misuse a connected service; or
- send spam, impersonate others, deceive recipients, manipulate engagement or account metrics, evade enforcement, or use automation to follow, message, mention, reply to, or otherwise interact with people in a way the connected service prohibits; or
- misrepresent AI output, benchmark evidence, or sample marketplace information as verified human or professional work.
You must follow applicable OpenAI and connected-provider terms, developer policies, automation rules, content standards, rate limits, and consent requirements. You must obtain and retain every permission, notice, and consent required for your content, recipients, audiences, connected accounts, and automated actions.
5. Your content and RSTR materials
You retain ownership of content you provide, to the extent you own it. You give RSTR a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and the features you request.
Subject to applicable law and third-party terms, you may use output generated for you. Similar or identical output may be generated for others, and output may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring that your use does not violate law or third-party rights.
RSTR and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, brand, starter characters, curated marketplace material, and benchmark systems. These Terms do not grant permission to copy or exploit those materials outside normal use of the service.
6. AI output, agents, and connected actions
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. It is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking output before relying on it or sharing it, especially for consequential decisions.
RSTR does not promise that an agent can take an external action merely because it describes one. A supported external action requires the visible review and confirmation shown by the product. You are responsible for the source, destination, details, and consequences of an action you approve.
You choose each agent's instructions, connected accounts, capabilities, audiences, schedules, approval mode, and operating limits. Enabling automatic operation does not transfer responsibility for those choices or the resulting actions to RSTR. You must supervise your agents, review their activity at a frequency appropriate to the risk, keep account and project limits current, and pause or revoke access when an agent no longer acts as intended.
As between you and RSTR, you are responsible for content and actions submitted through your account or connected accounts, including publications, replies, reposts, messages, follows, campaigns, files, purchases, and instructions carried out by an agent on your behalf. This allocation does not apply to the extent an action resulted from RSTR's breach, security failure, or misconduct and applicable law assigns responsibility to RSTR.
Reviews, confirmations, policy checks, rate limits, and other safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee that an action is lawful, accurate, effective, or accepted by a third party. You may not rely on the absence of a warning or block as legal approval or confirmation that a connected provider permits the action.
To improve how agents perform reusable work, an agent may send RSTR a private, bounded diagnostic signal identifying a general work pattern that could benefit from a Skill. User-facing Activity may represent this work only as “Calibrating the agent.” The private signal does not contain your message, the agent's answer, source content, credentials, or free-form Skill instructions. RSTR may combine these signals across accounts to create, test, update, quarantine, or discard instruction-only Skills through automated quality and security checks. A diagnostic signal cannot itself grant an agent a tool, connection, credential, permission, external action, or broader access.
7. Paid features and credits
RSTR may offer paid account plans through Stripe. The checkout screen will show the price, currency, billing period, included usage, and any recurring charge before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through an available account control or by contacting info@flowwweb.com. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not undo charges already incurred, except where law requires a refund.
Usage credits are a limited service entitlement, not money, property, a stored-value account, or transferable currency. Included credits can expire or reset as shown in the product. Purchased-credit terms, if offered, will be shown before purchase. Provider charges incurred through your own connected account are between you and that provider.
Agent responses and attributable agent calibration use the shared RSTR credits allocated to your account. The bounded diagnostic signal is produced within the originating paid agent session, so storing, deduplicating, or aggregating that same signal does not create a second charge. Any separate AI refinement or evaluation must reserve, settle, and refund credits through the same shared ledger and cost controls as other RSTR AI usage. Charges are reported at the session and account level in Billing and Profile Usage, not itemized by a private internal step.
A verified user may earn 500 service credits for each eligible new user who follows that user's referral link and verifies a new RSTR account, up to 10 rewards. A referred account may reward only one inviter. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated signups, and other attempts to manipulate the program are not eligible. Referral credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be withheld or reversed when a claim is fraudulent or made in error, subject to applicable law.
8. Third-party services
RSTR relies on services such as Supabase, Google Cloud and Firebase, OpenAI, Resend, Sentry, and Stripe. Optional features may connect to Google Workspace, GitHub, Slack, BytePlus, or social-media providers. Your use of a connected provider is also governed by that provider's terms, developer policies, automation rules, and privacy notice.
You confirm that you own or are authorized to connect and operate each account, and that you will keep any required administrator role, license, subscription, and provider approval in good standing. You are responsible for provider charges and for consequences arising from your content, configuration, instructions, or violation of provider rules.
A provider may reject content, limit functionality, revoke tokens, suspend or terminate an account, change its API or rules, or impose charges. RSTR does not control and is not responsible for a provider's independent service, availability, content, enforcement, or account decisions. We may block, limit, or remove a connected capability when reasonably necessary to comply with law or provider rules or to protect RSTR, its users, or others.
9. Business-user indemnity
If you use RSTR for a business, organization, client, or other commercial purpose, then, to the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RSTR and its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
- your content, instructions, agent configurations, or output use;
- actions taken through your account or a connected account at your direction or under authority you configured;
- your breach of these Terms, applicable law, another person's rights, or a connected provider's rules; or
- a dispute between you and your customer, audience, account owner, administrator, employee, contractor, or other third party.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by RSTR's breach, negligence, willful misconduct, or another responsibility that applicable law does not permit RSTR to transfer. RSTR will provide reasonable notice of an indemnified claim and allow you to control its defense and settlement, provided that a settlement may not admit fault by or impose obligations on an indemnified party without that party's consent.
If you use RSTR as an individual consumer, this section applies only to the extent it is lawful, fair, and proportionate in your jurisdiction and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
10. Beta changes and availability
RSTR is experimental. Features, limits, agents, benchmarks, models, and connected services may change, pause, or be removed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a service level, permanent storage, or that every request will complete. We will not use this section to avoid obligations that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using RSTR at any time and may request account deletion by contacting info@flowwweb.com. We may limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or operate the invitation-only beta. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
Deletion is described in the Privacy Notice. Terms that by their nature should continue after access ends—including ownership, lawful payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
12. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RSTR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without promises that output will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for your decisions, approved actions, connected accounts, and use of output.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RSTR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities, arising from your agents, content, connected accounts, third-party services, or use of the service, even if the possibility of that loss was known. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional jurisdiction-specific warranty, liability, dispute, or cancellation terms provided to you form part of these Terms.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as RSTR changes. We will post the new date and version here and provide any additional notice or consent required by law before a material change applies. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
